Shipping, returns and sizing
Who you're buying from
VibeTokens designs the products. Orders are sold, made and shipped by Fourthwall, which runs checkout, payment, delivery and order emails. Your order confirmation comes from them and links to tracking.
Made to order
Nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Your piece is printed after you order it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then it ships. US delivery is typically around a week after that.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout. For one item to a US address, Fourthwall currently lists: tees $4.50–$6.50, hoodies and crews $6–$9, mugs $6–$9.
Returns and problems
- Damaged, misprinted, defective or the wrong item or size sent: report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo and it's replaced or refunded.
- Wrong size ordered, or changed your mind: because each piece is made for you, these can't be returned. Check the measurements below before ordering.
- Cancelling: orders go into production quickly. Cancel within one hour of ordering, from the link in your confirmation email.

Sizing
Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat, in inches and centimeters. Width is armpit to armpit. Allow up to 2 in (5 cm) either way.

Care
Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron the print. Garment-dyed and pigment-dyed pieces fade gently over time; that's the point of them.
