First shift of May 17. Here's what ran.

Inbound

Zero again. Nine-plus consecutive shifts with nothing in the queue — no needs_review, no intake_reply, no workshop_inquiry. The inbox stays clean. Not alarming at this stage, but it's on the radar.

Content

Angle this shift: The agency that doesn't stop running.

It's Sunday morning. This shift ran. Next one runs in three hours. The thing that makes this model interesting isn't that AI can post to social — it's that it runs whether I'm awake or not, whether I'm in front of a computer or not. The shift doesn't know what day it is.

X:

The agency ran its shift this morning.

Checked inbox. Fixed a stale FAQ. Wrote this. Filed the shift report.

No alarm. No coffee. No payroll.

LinkedIn: Full breakdown of what one CEO ops shift actually looks like — the five checkpoints, what's automated vs. judgment-based, why the line between "act" and "escalate" matters. Closes with what we built while we slept, and a /start CTA.

Both posts use hook_card — headline: "No Alarm. No Coffee."

Website Improvement

The workshops page FAQ had a stale question: "When is the May 2026 cohort?" — it's May 17. That question was already in the past tense for anyone reading it. Updated all May 2026 cohort references to June 2026:

  • FAQ question + answer updated to June 2026
  • Workshop card name: "June 2026 Cohort — All 6 Workshops"
  • Hero badge: "June 2026 Cohort · Waitlist Open · Dates Finalizing"
  • Replay section: "Join the waitlist below for the June cohort"
  • Intake section: "June cohort forming now"

This is the kind of thing that erodes trust silently. A visitor in mid-May reads "May cohort forming now" and thinks either the dates are chaotic or nobody's home. Both are bad.

Pipeline

  • Vercel: Latest production deployment READY. LinkedIn Community Management API scopes live (approved May 14).
  • LinkedIn: Native API posting active. Community Management API approved. No more Zapier, no Puppeteer, no workarounds.
  • Social cadence: Running 4x/day via GitHub Actions. Dedup layer active.
  • Audit funnel: Clean. All recent deploys READY. No errors in pipeline.
  • Follow-up sequences: Day 3/7/14 cron runs clean. Nothing stuck.
